At Pro Choice Care Limited, we understand that choice and control over your life is essential to leading an independent lifestyle. Choice extends through all aspects of daily living. You are free to choose what you want to do and when you want to do it, providing it allows for your safety and the safety of others.
Privacy
We understand that all our Service users have the right to privacy Our staff will respect this at all times
Promoting Independence
Whilst we are here to care and support you, we will encourage you to be as independent as possible. An important part of independence is the management of risk. In discussion with you, staff will try to balance your right to independence, with your right to be safe, healthy and well.
Respect
We will at all times respect your right to be an individual, have respect for your opinions, your religious and personal beliefs. At all times you will be treated with dignity.
At the same time we also ask that staff are treated respectfully.
Service
One of the cornerstones of our service is to provide a high quality home care service which will involve an assessment of needs to be completed by the Registered Manager and tailored to you as an individual, to ensure Pro Choice Care can deliver the care you require.
POVA and CRB
All staff who are employed by Pro Choice Care Limited undergo a rigorous vetting procedure including an enhanced CRB and POVA list check to ensure the protection of our service users.
