Assistance is provided will all aspects of personal care including bathing, showering, dressing, toileting, shopping, cooking, feeding and meal preparation.
We can also provide emotional and social support, which may involve collecting prescriptions, maintaining a hobby or just posting a letter.
Domestic Assistance
Support for everyday domestic tasks including vacuuming, washing, cleaning, bed making, ironing, dusting and polishing.
30 Minutes to 24 hours a Day
A Support Worker can provide personal or domestic assistance, from 30 minutes to 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, as and when required.
Holiday or Respite Care
A Support Worker can provide a service to allow a family or full-time carer to take a well deserved break or holiday.
Sleep-In
During the night a Support Worker can provide an in-home on call service, ideal for reassuring anxious clients and assisting with personal care needs.
Night Sitter
During the night a Support Worker can provide a waking night service, ideal for clients who require continuous support throughout the night.
Additional Services
A Support Worker can provide assistance to clients who require additional support to enable them to attend doctors appointments, hospital appointments, work or day centers, an social commitments.
Assessments
All Support packages will be agreed between you and our Registered Manager and tailored to your individual requirements. The Manager will need access to all areas of your home at the initial visit, to enable us to undertake a full risk assessment prior to the start of your support package. If your needs change at any time, your package can be reassessed and increased or decreased dependent upon your requirements or budget.
