Based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system Indian Head Massage is a wonderful collection of traditional massage movements applied to the scalp, face, neck, shoulder and upper back area. The massage involves balancing the flow of energy by working the energy centers often referred to as 'charkas'. Indian Head massage aids the release of endorphins (the feel good chemicals) and can create an almost euphoric feeling of peace and tranquility.
