We have a large and fully portable rotisserie spit that slow roasts the Hog giving it a unique flavour and succulent texture. Served with traditional herb stuffing and the perfect finishing touch of rich apple sauce.
The Hog is cooked whole for several hours and then served off the spit in a traditional carvery fashion, perfect for any occasion. This catering option is served by fully trained and smartly uniformed professional staff, also a wide range of salads and other menu options are available.
