AIM:


To ensure that door supervisors have the knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the security industry environment and have the appropriate communication skills and knowledge of conflict management.

UNIT 1 - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drugs awareness

  • Recording incidents and scene preservation

  • Licensing laws

  • Emergency procedures

 

UNIT 2 - Conflict Management

 

  •  Introduction to communication skills and conflict management
  • Self awareness

  • Avoiding conflict

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Recognising and defusing conflict

  • Maintaining space

  • Defusing high risk conflict

  • Resolving & Learning from conflict

  • Examination

 

 

DURATION:    4 Days (9.30am – 4.30pm)


FEES :    Training, Examination Fee's & VAT (all inclusive) £245.00 pp

               SIA Licence £245.00 pp

               SIA Submission & Postage £20.00 pp
