takes your team (of up to 12), for 2 hours, through the process of making their own chocolates, engaging on the way in fun packed competition – best box, best design, most attractive, most original, most profitable
And, after a short break, facilitates your team, for 1.5 hours,

to consider the strengths that exist within it and looks for the potential it could free up if these strengths were used to the full

assists your team to make plans for how it will address areas of development and/or new projects

to use the benefits of Action Learning in which your team learns through doing and improves what it does through its learning
You will learn about chocolate and how to make Belgian chocolates of the highest quality from Pam Killick, proprietor of Chocs Away, and be facilitated through the process of building your team by John Killick, of JEK Training, who has over 20 years of training groups and an MSc in Action Learning.
