Property Language Workshop
Learn some useful vocabulary and information before buying and to help you manage your property in France.
Buying and managing a property in France can be a confusing and daunting process if you don’t speak the language. By joining one of our property language workshops you will feel more confident when dealing with estate agents and notaires and be better prepared to deal with French paperwork and bureaucracy.
Our French native speaking tutor will cover the following topics:

House description – the vocabulary used to describe the rooms and facilities inside and outside your house

Estate agents – deciphering house particulars

The notaire – key vocabulary used in the buying process

Banks – opening and managing your bank account, how to write a French cheque and make payments

Bills and invoices – from utilities, builders and the inland revenue
A basic knowledge of French is useful but not essential to join in.
